Value - we haven't had an update on Myall Creek since the operator of the well AJQ went into liquidation.
So it is possible that those December frac plans have been interrupted or at worst terminated as a result of that situation. I say we don't know, because SHE hasn't even released an acknowledgement announcement about that situation.
Do we still retain ownership of our 25% Working Interest in the well? And AJQ's 50% is being sold as going concern to repay their secured creditors?? That is best case scenario, and just means we have a new partner/operator in the well. Have we pre-paid for any of the well development activities, in which case we may ourselves be a small-ish unsecured creditor of AJQ.
Again - some Myall Creek info from management would be timely & prudent here.
The responsibilities of being a multi-asset company mean they cannot solely be focused on Canada, even though we all know that is the higher priority at this point in time
