Can you explain this?
I'm not insinuating anything about what PDN would prefer, I'm just stating how it is.
I presume they sell some at the stated mid-term contract price and some at market price because (one or more of):
a) That's all that specific consumer wants to buy
b) They guarantee a base revenue
c) They have a favorable outlook for the spot price
Am I missing something?
