I wouldn't get carried away. The Lance projects won't be economical under an average U price of about $75/lb either.
In fact if you read their feasibility study, they basically use an average price of $75/lb in their NPV calculations.
i.e. They assume U price starting at $62.58, escalating 2.6% p.a for mine life of 14 years. This averages out to about $75/lb if production/sales are fairly consistent.
