I don't know that I agree with that. This clearly is a play that creates value for shareholders - just not right now. If you mean it caused short term volatility that's bad for anyone needing to sell right now, then yes I'd agree.... but 'destroying value' doesn't feel right to me. The economies of scale here are likely to be enormous. Yes it's diluted all holders a lot but profits could be double/triple within 2-3 years. I see this as a screaming buy right now. Sadly I'd already committed heavily with an average in the mid $4's. I'm not happy right now with today's price - but I'm very happy with the potential share price increase that i consider very likely to happen.
