... you need to keep in mind that KCN blew ~$400m of shareholder value on the Dominion (Challenger) acquisition in 2010 via the issue of .31 KCN shares for every DOM share held - which KCN sold to WPG for $1m - and blew another $50m when it sold Bowdens to SVL for $20m, I think KCN had spent $70m.
What could you do with $450m?
