value destruction

The value destruction Cedric and the board have presided over with this company for the last 5 years is a multiple of any value arising from this JV...

I seem to recall two previous attempts at JV-ing, both failing...Cedric is good at announcing but woeful at follow through...on a number of occassions he has told me bold faced lies about meeting stated commitments....

I'm not sure I'd rush in just yet....leopards don't change their spots...

Get out on any uptick would be my advice...
