abobo, Your opinion on management is clear. Anyone would be a fool to accept another's view without forming their own educated view.

I am not pushing BTA on anyone. I'm simply rationally analysing BTA and looking for worthwhile input and intelligent investors to discuss BTA with. I've taken on board concerns on management and intend to dig deeper by comparing what they said and did. I'm also digging into the cash flow and current cash position.

I looked at a couple of your earlier posts you claimed repeatedly that Biota rejected a $100M offer. My understanding is the highest they were offered was $75M plus PtP for a total of $80M. Care to comment on whether being 25-33% off makes you a liar?

Can anyone link posts where they personally recommended the $75M offer be accepted.
