As a relatively new shareholder in XRF, one of the interesting things I picked up while researching the company was this:
Not often you can procure the services of 4 NED's, a CEO and a CFO for less than a million dollars per year [*] , even for a small company.
And especially not when the outcomes being delivered by those 6 executives appear to be very good.
[*] And If you strip out the $171k paid to one of the NED's in lieu of consultancy fees (an arrangement of which I'm not a huge fan, but presumably those expenses would have been incurred anyway with third-party consultants), the annual cost of the board, CEO and CFO amounts to around just $770k pa.
