That's true, and such companies are as rare as hen's teeth. A quick scan of companies I invest in reveals that ARB and SNL remunerate KMP / Directors around the $1M per annum - also modest. And the one that really stands out is OCL, they have 5 KMP / Directors, with remunerartion coming in at about $840k.
Another favourable characteristic that XRF shares with OCL is conservative accounting treatment of R&D. (Although in XRF's case the amount spent on R&D is quite low, yet most is amortised).
If XRF can follow in the footsteps of the aforementioned companies, I think we'll be more than content in the year's ahead.
