    Kwaidan1 the difference between myself and some heartless posters is that I am truly pleased for UMC shareholders that their stock moved upwards today. I made my choices and both my io stocks also increased in price. Unlike some I get no joy out of either losing on my investment or watching others lose on theirs. Some on the other hand seem to get a thrill by slipping the boot into other investors.

    If today was the start of an upward trend for UMC I am very happy for all holders. Any followup good announcement for UMC would assist momentum of the stock.

    I will watch with interest for any positive announcement.
