Regius only owns around 5% right now, not 15%. I agree with you that the sale of the lease for script is a very bullish sign for MUS. We might not know as shareholders what is going on, but we have to assume that CJ and CVW do know. They are acting like the leases are the real deal and positioning themselves to do well if this is the case. If they were just mining the market they would have taken cash for the leases, not script.
I also agree that it would not be in the Regius boys interest to do a CR at the current SP. My feeling is that they either think they can turn the SP on a dime by releasing data, or MUS won't need to raise. The alternative is they are in denial.
I tend to think that GEM is not taking MUS seriously and that they think MUS will fall over without them having to do anything. If this week is indicative then they are right, but it does suggest why GEM have done nothing to date.
