A few comments:

$900k/month is a joke, I'm serious. realistically it is only $4M-$6M /year.
Do you know how much our plant build cost?.....About $1M yes very cheap because we have a management that knows exactly what the they are doing.

$5M for Auction, this is very very silly imo, you are not employing a Mulgotto Secondary deposit similarity but rather incorrectly assuming Maninge Nice mixed primary and "secondary" recovered ruby values ("secondary" in parenthesis because it is not really but rather the best bits left from a crappy primary source).
At the end of the day it is good that you have attempted to put numbers that you feel are sensible given the circumstance and am not trying to banter or discourage what you have assumed. I am just providing contrast to what i confidently believe based on my own research. The Auction will be the true indicator in the end.
