rosy.. I think if you look back over the previous announcements BPH now has a slightly larger equity in PEP11 than Bounty plus the other assets that advent holds and the spin-off.
Once Biopharmica becomes BPH Holdings it should have a similar valuation to Bounty (mkt cap +- $52 million) plus for all current shareholders the added bonus of MDS.
If your looking to be apart of the PEP11 story this is by far the best avenue to entry.
