    "intrinsic" means inherent and built-in. With a negative net value ITE has a negative intrinsic value.
    The market recognises this and hence ITE languishes in the low teens, and has underperformed the overall market by 40% in the last 5 months.
    The Board recognises this and hence in their need for cash they had to resort to a fully underwritten placement at a 30% discount to market.
