Staying on the sidelines a good idea as a rule here proxylady, but I am just taking a value approach and will buy the weakness from 25 down, though I wont buy again unless 22.5 is hit. I am happy to hold out for a year.

Great assets, grade C management

$25million in the bank, cash flow positive and a $30million line of credit. An ambitious competent management team could really work magic with that.
