Hi,
don't think FAR will have any problems raising money to PE. I think WPL is soon to get a big shock and shareholders will be very pissed off. I think WPL jumped the gun and did not understand the PE rules etc between the JV parties in Senegal. Go little FAR and too bad WPL.
All my own opinion.
