    Looks like the LVR is still going to be under some hefty pressure. my guesstimate is the following

    Asset Value post revals 380,000,000
    Sale 25,000,000
    Holdign Value of sale assets(circa) 31,500,000
    Debt 262,000,000
    Debt post sale assuming 100% of sale proceeds 237,000,000
    Remaining portfolio value 355,000,000

    LVR 66.7% say 67%.
