MM, the $231M granted to BTA means (1) we dont have to spend $231M in share issues or debt to advance LANI &/or (2) theoretically we are $231M+ better off in any future licensing deal.
The above is my idea of reverse engineering the impact of the BARDA funding. In my mind, our market cap should be $231M better off.
