not a bad way to look at it, but remember the $1.05 share price was a function of high risk, negative sentiment, no good news flow for some time, shorters ...... the BARDA grant now means low risk, positive sentiment, the start of really positive news flow, short covering!!!
so I reckon we could double the $1.05 now and add the Barda grant and we get $3.38 as a short-termish (3 month) target.
not a bad way to look at it, but remember the $1.05 share price...
