The Lani ROW negotiations have evidently been underway for a long period of time, and were simply pending successful agency funding results. As Peter Cook stated, before the price crashed, the amount of interest is directly related to the grant. We now have this grant and implicitly the utmost attention of the competing Pharmas. It is not a matter of attracting Pharma anymore,now we negotiate price. Contract goes to the highest bidder. Licencing is not 5-6 years away, I would not be surprised to see a deal disclosed this week, all they were waiting on was BARDA. The deal when announced will involve a much larger sum than 231m,there will be a nice upfront payment im guessing also bigger than our current mrkt cap! there will be huge % royalties, and much publicity. As i write this the vision is so clear i feel like Nostradamus.
