I feel given the results, many want to read more into this report.

Therefore a independent analyse would be off benefit, or everyones just waiting to see how the final study reads, given current reports, it should be quite impressive. If you think about it, as per this analogy, if a person presents to a GP with chronic hypertension, they will need a larger dose to possibly see a lower blood pressure, if a younger, newly diagnosed person comes to the GP, the treatment should be much more effective in the early stage, as there are no deep seeded effects.

Therefore, until there is more solid results/data before the end of the 201 study, there will be a fight to get the SP moving, given the fight between the buys and sells ATM.
