basically my observation over the years is that PE owned companies dress the numbers in various ways ie capitalise costs that should really be expensed, use questionable revenue recognition practices....I could go on and on. Point is, be careful of the publicly available financial information and reports provided by LFS. We’re totally depending on the skill and integrity of Humm and advisers in the current situation, and ghats a frightening proposition really
