LFS is paying out around 70% of their cash profit as a dividend. That’s what Hum used to pay (in the FXL days) and it wasn’t sustainable if they wanted to grow. I would anticipate LFS having to cut their dividend to more around the 35% so you would expect the dividend to halve. That’s without any hidden stuff from PE which may or may not be true.
