Yes, I find it extraordinary that LFS don't just bid on market, they will get a majority and control it even at these prices. Surely in AA's interest to have an open bid which may encourage a rival...all very odd.
So much for the "numerous" interested parties. Market clearly not expecting a competing proposal.
Just something not quite right about the whole thing.
