@MTV I sincerily hope the deal does not go through , it would be daylight robbery if it does. Anyone who thinks that ridiculous script offer is good value has rocks in their head. Who's to say Latitude shares are even worth current market price? I haven't done a deep dive on Latitude financials, but what it they should really be valued at $ 1.00/share???
A double whammy, not only does their offer severely undervalue the Humm business, its also a script offer which means the value Humm shareholders get could realistically be anything, including zero if Latitude shares go to zero....
Absurd offer.
