Was looking at the HUMM Annual Report noted the following below, there are perpetual notes worth $49mil AUD.
So for us to get dividends interest acrued must be paid in cash.
Unsure if this means also for the period interest was being accrued needs to be topped up and paid for being period prior to 18.03.2021.
The good thing for us is the perpetual notes turn only into 28.5mil ordinary shares, good work to whoever negotiated that one, otherwise on market prices could be closer to 60mil more shares on change of control transaction.
