I hope you are right.
My thought is that LFS is bullish because they want the deal done before their share come out of escrow, and before HUM release their half yearly results. Also, obviously want to send a message to their shareholders that they have it under control.
Strangely, those announcements made me feel a little better. Normally in takeovers, everyone keeps their cards close to their chests (like Humms announcement). The LFS announcement to me was them trying to appease their shareholders, suggesting they might be under pressure to get the deal done.
