It's not a bad deal, or great deal, but it's okay given the share price over past year.
The deal gives us shares worth 68cps, this might rise or might fall, so at worse could be 60cps, or at best 75cps.
The deal leaves us with a business making $22m NPAT, which on a PE of 10 is worth 50cps, or 75cps on a PE of 15.
Plus the deal gives us $25m cash worth in the order of 4cps.
So at a minimum the deal is worth $1.14 per share, and at a maximum $1.54 per share. The midpoint is $1.34 per share, which is 50% above the current share price.
