I wonder what the deal is with future, rather than current, conflict of interest situations. It seems with senior people at Humm getting senior roles or board positions at LFS they will essentially be negotiating against their future selves here.
The better deal Humm shareholders get the more it costs their future selves in their new roles at LFS....
