Not Hum's announcement but HUM are the subject of the announcement, it references a contractual agreement, that contractual agreement (or lack thereof) is now expired, or at least that is my reading of it from available public announcements from both companies.
So whilst yes, HUM is following it's own statement, it is still not responding to an official ASX notification regarding a contractual agreement, that would surely require some sort of response from HUM should it not?
Even if that response was "in response to the LFS announcement released to market on FEB 1st, 2022, HUM currently has no contractual agreement in place with LFS".
I think it should be a hell of a lot more, but that would/ should be the minimum and I would believe mandatory under reporting rules.
