Absolutely it is better for us HUM holders that this be released by LFS now. I was just making a point that this may have been LFS' motivator to push for a finalisation of the agreement last week; before LFS had to release this announcement.

I don't expect HUM is in any kind of position that it would need or specifically benefit from a buy-out from LFS, irrespective of what market manipulation may or may not be taking place with the HUM SP at the moment.

I was expecting the HUM interim report this week or next week, but it has been radio silence on the release date. That would help us understand if this deal might make sense. I am getting less and less happy with this board - it really isn't a hard job (seriously, it isn't).
