Reject but also smart thing to do is wait till the end of this month to see what effect the release from escrow has on LFS trading and share price.. i expect it to bring significant downward pressure by then we know what the HUM results are and better handle on true value...which will lead hopefully to a NO or a new interested party if not a revised offer on the upside ...
