It is clearly a bad deal when you consider that the business transformation has predominantly taken place and the benefits of turnaround are only coming into fruition from 2022 onwards, SP has been intentionally manipulated down, opening of new business I.e. Canada… UK will grow significantly…. Impacts of travel yet to come, cost to income ratio will drop significantly etc… considering all these and more the offer is a rip…
