The due diligence that is being done (probably completed by now and negotiations started), will look at the state of the latitude business and value. AA as a board member will probably be privy to all this. Unless he sees value is he really going to swap his 20% of Hum for Latitude shares? So I am not going to tie my knickers in a knot over it all, but just blindly follow our ex leader.
I would have been a lot more worried about the rumours of him taking it private as much more potential for us to get shafted.
