H at this price I'd expect Shell or BG or Origin to lob in a cash bid to ensure STO's input costs don't prove being substatially less than their own. STO has the right to match, and most of the other proponents could use the gas for their subsequent and most profitable trains.
Volume today is suggesting perhaps that theory has some substance IMO.
