3000 HA @370 million is like $120,000 ish a HA? correct me if I'm wrong but that would have to be the most expensive land in rural Australia? don't know about SHV other sites but reckon $2500 per ha at there boundary bend site would be top dollar, add a max of $20,000 for orchard and it's still heaps cheaper than 120k. Not sure what the value is adding a Almond orchard but do no if you add a vineyard or oranges to your block make little to no different to the value of your land.
