The spike will be based on speculation, as is always, but AVH has a unique position. The confident backing by BARDA and its commitment to buying up to $8m (but may also buy up to us$34m) of ReCell kits should give speculators some re-assurance.
Also there should be some movement (your guess is as good as any) of ReCell kits in China by then.
Kelliher seems to be ramping the company up for a big 2018. How big? Who knows?
Doing some simple math, with 15 burns centres wanting to use ReCell in the US.

15 x 52 (weeks) x 10 (patients/week) = us$7.8m
Which is not much in the scheme of the potential. But AVH has been ' a potential' for many years now.
IMO, by mid this year we will see how Kelliher's roll out is progressing.
