Obviously the risk of failure is very visible to the public during this commissioning stage but let's assume they survive commissioning for this hypothetical and all else remains relatively constant.
Assume that 2 year from now the stock is producing and all else remains constant, gbg are earning about 7-10 cents per share. The board has just approved expansion to stage 2 and predicts it will mean eps increase to 20-25cents per share. Cost of expansion can be assumed at 0.70 cents per share and funded solely by debt.
What do you think the market will value gbg at? What would you value gbg at?
Please don't tell me what your belief on the probability of this hypothetical occurring is as There are thousands of other threads on that issue.
