I totally agree with you in your note of caution to realty re future GGG share values, but to call GGG "the bottom rung of a very greasy ladder" and "You have better odds on the roulette wheel at Crown casino" is a gross over-reaction IMO.
You say you have GGG and your sentiment is "hold". Why hold if you think the odds are so bad?
From your response to realty, I would have thought you would be playing these shares short term and maybe shorting.
It seems to me that GME is a binary situation, a Greenlanders' decision yes or no.
For many reasons, my punt is a yes.
Apart from a "no" decision, what negatives are there? Are you so pessimistic as to think that the world demand for REEs, particularly HREEs, and uranium is going to collapse?
I don't know when "payday" will arrive, but I hope it happens close to GME's published timeline. I'm not getting any younger.
