My point is that this not a sure thing and will bring no where the returns that he is expecting.
At the moment I put a hold on it is my personal view, not advising him.
He does need to have a reality check on those numbers.
REES are not that exciting currently and the uranium price is languishing.
Sure if some major partner comes in could change dramatically but that is crystal ball stuff and you can write what you like and extrapolate numbers all you like.
The odds well that is ones point of view.
