    Look at KOR…. They will be spinning out uranium assets (Uranium Aust) and retaining 90m shares…. I understand issue price will be between 40c-50c…. at 40c, KORs mkt cap based on these shares will be A$36m vs current mkt cap of A$15m …. No brainer??
