    Yes, BNB shares will most likely never resume trading. The holders of the BNB subordinate notes (ASX:BNBG) will have control over whether BNB is put into administration or not. Based on the crappy offer that BNBSN holders are likely to get, administration is probable. If this happens BNB will be delisted from the ASX and BBSN holders will remain owed the value of their notes through the guarantor BBIPL (unlisted, private company) which actually owns all of the assets and debt of BNB.

    Sorry to all the shareholders for your losses.
