Hi Roger, that makes at least 3 people that have tried to find the ASIC matter to which you refer, all 3 have failed. Can you at share the detail or your thoughts?

The MMR standoff between the ASX and DB is quite confusing. The company's most recent request for voluntary suspension expired on 15/1/21. DB has not sought a further extension so he clearly holds the view that the company has met all ASX requirements for re-instatement to trading. Clearly the ASX do not agree. Is this ASIC matter a potential barrier to re-instatement? Is there something else? Is it the Takeover Panel matter still lingering? Is there still a collective interest with greater than 20% control of MMR? My brief perusal suggested that is no longer the case but I defer to your far greater knowledge of the issue.

Any thoughts you can share appreciated.
