I don't think MMR will go under but there is serious standoff between MMR and the ASX. The last request for voluntary suspension end in mid January and there has been NOTHING except a teaser from Roger since that shines any light on the current situation. Did David mention anything to you that explains why the ASX blocked the CR and the GM that was supposed to be held back to back with the AGM? Anything else that might explain why further extensions are not currently being sought?
