right you are aussieyank, but after going through all the numbers, I still come up with some 460 illion odd of these 2013 options I can't fix with ownership -- yes, some 72 million odd went the way of the subscription, then another 170 million for the two private placements --- then the shortfall of some 460 million remains --- I mean to comb through the last annual report to see whether they are staff options or not, otherwise I can't see them with Andrew Doyle or any other private placement atm --- will let you know what (if anything) I turn up
