    You need to divide $8.72 by 3.1931. This equals $2.73.
    So If I had 1 ox share worth $2.73 and 1 ZFX share worth $8.72. I would know have 4.1931 shares worth $11.45 or $2.73 each.
    A merger of equals should not affect the share price by one cent.
