Pls has 90m or so cash AJM has about 20m or so cash. Roughly a $70m difference. Of course there is a small debt in AJM so if we look at net cash the difference is about $8m more.
AJM has the more advanced project and sufficient reserve to defend its cashflow model NPV if you like that kind of metric. Yes I hear all of you screaming "PLS is so huge". Well if you cling to the NPV valuations, you will know that those caahflows out beyond year 20 make a vanishingly small contribution to the value. By that time, the strip ratios are so high that it would almost be embarrassing to show those years' contribution to the model.
