A reminder and a report I reference often for general guidelines. A lot of you already know these metrics - more for the newbies.
- Report in US dollars.
- I am trying to find a report on average producing mine grade. I believe it used to be 1.3 g/t. (DEG higher for comparison)
- I use the $52 to $69 range for DEG. (Feasibility to Pre-production)
Assuming 1.2 M ozs, 317.5 M share and a 1.28 US/AUD exchange and current DEG enterprise value of 43.8 M.
(EV = 317,500,000 x .16 Aud/sh - 7 M cash = 43.8 M)
DEG current trading valuation AUD per oz = 36.50
