    Hi Westy,

    He didnt sell out, he changed from owning land to owning 8.25 million shares in CMR which gives him alot more exposure than just Rum Jungle.

    As you said, he is a very astute person, and will reap the rewards in capital growth, dividend stream and is now one of CMR's major shareholders, another win-win for all.

    Great management we have..
