I must admit I find the lack of accountability of management for a company's performance to be a bizarre position taken by some posters. I haven't come across it in any other industry. I agree, they are a very small fish and at the whim of a global and complex market. That's why decisions, strategies, contracts, options etc put in place by management to navigate this are important. You can't put everything down to unfortunate circumstances and wrong place wrong time - although I do agree there have been some and completely outside of Far's control!
